Maybe it's time for a break and if/when you feel ready, you can go back or not. You may have the coping skills now to cope with your ocd and BP. Nothing wrong with that at all.
I'm really struggling these days and need a therapist to hold on to some hope that I can get better.My coping skills are lacking somewhat, so I currently need help with a T. Just where I'm at.
I guess I'd explore if you're really feeling the need to stop T for a while or if there's some issue that's bothering you that you're irritated/angry with and want to avoid.
You seem kind of angry to me, so I was just wondering. It would seem to me that you do have a choice of whether or not to continue T.
