Something that hacks me off...
Women/girls with no sense of humor. They can't take a joke, they can't laugh at anything stupid, etc. They usually have really funny husbands or boyfriends, too, and it's just wasted on them.

There are two sides to this. My husband tells me that his first wife never laughed at anything except the misfortunes of others. For example, she'd sit stone-faced through a stand-up comedy routine but laugh herself silly if she saw somebody trip and fall in a hole. Seems rather sadistic to me, and I certainly don't want to be friends with a person like that. I say this even though I do get anything ranging from a giggle to a "rofl" watching a supermodel take a spill on the runway. This is just my own insecurity. I see myself as "flawed" but them as "perfect," and their splats show me they're not. I laugh because it makes me feel better about myself in comparison.
On the no sense of humor, though, one of MY pet peeves is saying something personal and mean-spirited, and then when the target is offended, coming at them with, "It was just a joke. Don't you have any sense of humor?" (If I hear one more "women belong in the kitchen" joke....) Fat jokes, ethnic stereotypes, and other insult humor would fall into this category. My family tended to make cracks that insinuated I was ugly or stupid, and expected me to laugh. I didn't. IMO this is a *form* of bullying, and as you say, bullies suck. I'm very sensitive to jokes that suggest a parent doesn't love or want his/her kid. When Bill Cosby told Malcolm Jamal Warner on The Cosby Show, "I brought you into this world, and I'll take you out," I was horrified. Where others heard a wisecrack, I heard a threat on a kid's life.
Jokes about body parts and biological functions strike me as a bit juvenile, and the laughs I get from them are limited. It wears thin, very quickly. I find it tiresome that half of the humor on the internet seems to rely on something resembling a private body part. After a while it isn't funny anymore. But it doesn't mean I have *no* sense of humor. What I find funny is simply different from that.
