You have a tummy fetish. It's not necessarily sexual, but you enjoy your tummy to the point where you are almost obsessed with it, which is what a fetish is "an object, idea, or activity that somebody is irrationally obsessed with or attached to". Fetishes don't have to be sexual, but you have a tummy fetish.

There's nothing wrong with it, it's just a personal preference.
