Its not going anywhere...so now you will have life stuff, past stuff, disappointment from quitting, self doubt, and missing your T. terribly to deal with (basing on my experience)..

My suggestion is to go talk to your T. about it all. And "Un Quitting" is so easy!

Soup I stopped therapy and I'm still around. You don't have to leave.
Thanks for putting a different perspective forward Readytostop - I had lost sight of the fact that the past stuff maybe exactly the stuff that is making things more dificult generally in my life. T has the door open and I am at least hesitating before running for the hills.
