YOU should be free to do with YOUR body what you need to to stay healthy and meet your needs and he can chose to do or not do the same. It is NOT cheating. The fact that your partner is so controlling and you dont know if "you have what it takes to survive" without him is sending me a gigantic red flag. Something is wrong with this picture.
