I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling so much. I've been there, and know how excruciating it can be.
Instead of thinking about "doing Thursday," I'd maybe focus on "doing the next hour" or even "doing the next 10 minutes." Sometimes when I try to look too far into the future, I get totally overwhelmed.
Sometimes I think it's helpful to be really explicit about reasons for living too. We all have our reasons for dying, and those are usually the ones that present themselves, front and center, whenever trying to figure out where to go with life when you're depressed.
I think it's great to take cues from your T right now.
