I was crying last night for no reason. Literally. I just felt better to cry.
At least there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have an appt set up for Monday to assess my progress.
Wondering if ya'lll have suggestions on how to curb crying spells and/or make it until Mon.
Tonight I have plans (with my dogs...plural since I just adopted one last night - yeah!!). I might just snuggle or play tug of war, if that's all I feel up to doing. Friday is nothing. Saturday I go to visit family (Gram's surprise 85th birthday party) and Sunday is nothing.
Ideas??? I just don't want to lie in bed and cry, you know?
