Sorry for the confusion: it was my dr who upped the lithium on Monday. I have an appointment in 2 weeks with him as a check in. I also have an appointment with someone else for something bipolar related who is one office over on the 20th. I can mention it then.

I'm not that bad today. I made peanut butter cookies for my mom when she gets home... they don't taste too good but I don't like cookies very much so I'm biased.
