****... It's been so long since I've had legitimately severe mania. This really, really sucks. I'm not particularly euphoric or dysphoric. I just have so much pent-up energy in my reserve that I can't get out. Slowly becoming overwhelmed, but there's no emotional tint to it. It just is. Thankfully the hallucinations are only minor & occasional. And no delusions, which are probably the worst!

Does anyone have similar symptoms &, if so, what does it mean for you? I'm not in any sort of professional care & I don't want to start. I'm going to brew some chamomile tea & watch movies to calm myself down, but this is ****ing intense. I just needed to post.

Hmph. Bye bye, stability!!
Is it possible you have hyperthyroidism? Have you had your thyroid checked recently?
