I always find I'm more focus at the library or a place where I can take my computer where there's no internet (tricky, I know). Without the internet, I'm forced to focus. Also, in a library, just being around other people doing work, helps motivate me to do work.
I agree with and I'm still here, try to make a list of things you need to know or chapters you need to go over. Start at the beginning and work your way through. Maybe work for an hour, then reward yourself with a 15 minute walk outside or a snack. I use a lot of post it notes and flash cards. I know it's hard, but try to focus without panic (I know how hard this is.. I'm working on it right now...). Maybe try to spend some time each day on both subjects.
Is there any way you can get one of your exams moved to a different day? Maybe try sending the professor an email asking to change the date because you've been sick. Maybe with notes from your doctors, they'll be more willing to move it if you've been unable to study properly. The notes don't have to say what you're sick with.
Good luck! I'm going through something similar, so I feel for you. Try to keep your head up and don't be too hard on yourself!
