Bless your heart -- I know the feeling. I used to put myself thru that too, but found out it only made me sicker.
Why not try putting your thought on paper? Get them OUT. Write them all down, and when you're done either burn them or throw them out. Then you can consider them taken CARE of. They'll be gone for good! Write down the things that bother you the most - the things that hurt most and that are rambling around in your head. It has helped me alot to do that.
Of course you'll want to go over it with your therapist if it continues to bother you!
I wish I could help you with the physical pain. Have you tried a warm bath? Or perhaps an ice pack on the parts that hurt? Ice works well -- heat many times makes it worse, depending on the type of pain you have. I wish you the very best! Please take care. God bless. Hugs, Lee
