They're probably going to get pegged as a milder form of NPD or as a variety of DPD, seeing as there's a wee bit of layover between the two. Or PDNOS. While I don't think anyone should really get attached to their diagnostic titles, as they are likely to change, that still feels a bit more complicated than it really has to be, especially for the patient in question.
For example: If they took out ASPD & just called me " a typical impulsive, callous, & rebellious dickhead", I wouldn't be offended but it would be harder to justify!
