To get out of bed??? Very hard for me so I have a way to make me get up. I go into my doctor's office 5 days a week at 8:30 am. It does not cost anything and I don't have to see him just show up at the office and say Hi. I have been doing this for months now and it seem to be working for me. Not sure if you can set up a goal like this but it works for me. This small goal helps me get up, dressed, take my meds and gets me outside. Without this goal I used to stay in bed untill I had to use the can. How sad; that I have to live like this.
