If I got an email like that, I wouldn't respond at all. It's almost as if she's shoving it in your face how perfect things are now and more like saying life was hell with you.

It's just completely wrong to do that to someone. Relationships go sour, it's just a fact of life. If she can't realize that that is what happened and that she could've done all the things she's doing now while she was with you, then she's not even worth it.

I know you're in a lot of pain right now. Please understand that it won't last forever.
