Hang in there blackdragon. you are not alone I too am struggling with that ever present urge. The last few days I have been looking at my arm and can actually visualise myself cutting in a scar and how it will feel the works. and I have been cutting free for a year and 2 months. lets not give in ok. Imgoing to fight it every possible way I can.
