I am doing better and I have added flossing which I had not been doing for years. Just for the past couple of days and hoping to make it a habit. But once I realized how many activities are involved in one morning (heat off, windows open, anti-sinusitis spray, clothing on, water on etc etc windows shut, bed made, etc. and that even without exercise and with an optional shower), it dawned on me that it is objectively difficult, especially with problems with motivation. Lucky people who go through these activities on auto-pilot!!
