It's really hard to keep the children out of my yard because I live in a complex and it's pretty much community yard everywhere.

What gets me the most is watching these children playing on the trash dumpsters, running around barefooted, and playing on other peoples vehicles. The other day I saw a baby (the same one I see run around by himself all the time) naked with no diaper running around.

I'm not sure what to do because there are kids everywhere....and all of them are unsupervised.

I know the complex has cameras and there happens to be one pointing towards my patio. Tomorrow I am going to mention to the complex manager what has been going on and maybe she will watch my patio for me for the next couple days.

I just wish these parents would care for their children, I mean it's not that difficult to sit down outside while your children play. Most of these people don't work or anything so I know they have the time.
