Well, for psychosis you would need to be on an antipsychotic. I have been on risperdal, geodon, and abilify (atypical antipsychotics) and I found all of them to be helpful for my anxiety, actually.

If you need something stronger for anxiety, you can try:
-a benzo as needed
-buspar
-gabapentin or pregabalin

This would be in addition to your anti-psychotic.

depakote (divalproex sodium) 1000mg, abilify (aripiprazole) 4mg, cymbalta (duloxetine) 60mg, dexedrine (dexamphetamine) 35mg, ativan (lorazepam) 1mg prn, iron supplements

past meds:
ritalin, adderall, risperdal, geodon, paxil, celexa, zoloft

other:
individual talk therapy, CBT, group therapy, couple's therapy, hypnosis
