My doctor would say you can be any where between 115 and 130 (at that height) and still be considered healthy and right on target.... she says it is up to each individual as to where they fall with in there - due to where your personal fat/muscles tend to gather.
Me being at 5' 2" (short) - I like to be around 115 to 120.... for if I go any further up the scale my hips will get fatty and stick out way to far.
