Thankyou, just got back from seeing my addiction counsellor and therapist. It was a very supportive session, they both told me they are not going to bandon me and i need to lean on them and keep my appointments. I have not been good keeping my sessions with addiction counsellor. Have been very hurt by pasts t.

Also have to go to my family doctor tommrow going to go on meds, my depression is really low right now and also next week i see a pyschiatrist at the same clinic my t is at.

I see my therapist on Friday and next Weds. I really like her she seems to want to help me in my day to day life and in the past. Also my addiction counsellor is really supportive of me and they do allow me to phone between sessions, plus the mental health crises line. sorry for the long posts and i will do my best to be more active on here when husband is at work.
