Break down. I know it sounds dramatic, but have a complete, unashamed breakdown. Throw things, cry, and scream until you feel better. Let it out.

Not only will this help you feel better, maybe get some of the energy out of your body, but it will also help your parents see. I use to hide my mania from my mom, and one day she was on the phone with me. She said I sounded like I was on drugs, and that I was having a fit at the same time. It freaked her out, and only after that did she admit that I was bipolar.

If not, try and get help on your own. I know I can't dx you, and that only a pdoc can, but I can tell you that I know what you're going through, and that you really need to see someone soon. This can lead to hell if you don't get help. I envy those who say they can do it without meds, because I know I sure as hell can't. I struggle to handle it even when I AM medicated. But it's not something to be ashamed of at all, imo.

I hope you're okay, and we're all here for you to give you strength and support and love. stay safe, and LET IT OUT!

ps, don't hurt yourself or others in the process. if you do or think you're going to, call 911, seriously. I know it might seem like nothing, but it's not nothing and it's very important that you stay safe.

pps, listen to DaveyJones, his words are wise.
