I'm feeling very wired at the moment!! Not been sleeping too well. i've spent most of the day wandering round the house wanting to do stuff but mind is so fuzzy and thoughts are racing! I can't concentrate cos of the voices! need to do something but its very late! everyone is in bed, am so restless its driving me insane!!!
