I can relate-- I couldn't even contemplate not getting As a year ago. I've always struggled with ADHD and a learning disability, a whole lot when I was in elementary school, so once I finally could work, I had to do it all perfectly. I'm a junior in college now.
But you know something---Perfection is just NOT sustainable. It's draining, overwhelming, anxiety-producing, and dissatisfying. If you keep seeking it, you're setting yourself up to feel bad. Do what you can do, and work on letting that be enough. Do what you're capable of--at the time you're doing it. Take breaks. Reward yourself for sticking in there. And if it's just not working, then STOP. Take a break. Try again a little later.
The best advice I ever got was from my freshman year roommate: "Sometimes, you just have to say screw it!"
And you know what? It's quite a thrilling challenge. Hang in there :].
