Hi many thanks for all the advice and responses.
My psychosis was brought on my high anxiety and depression that I've had many years however it reared its ugly head only recently.
I always had voices but I tried to ignore this and carry on,I didn't want to admit them to myself or anybody for that matter.
It drives me crazy and the headaches are ridiculous
