Thank you, Theodora, for putting this up again. I think what you said was important to say, because the line between love/hate is so fine and wobbles so much. So much heartache could be avoided, couldn't it?, if we could keep focus on that separation btw the
actor whom we so often love and the
action, which we may well hate. Life becomes even more difficult when someone we hate (& I face this bewilderment) does something I love (how is that possible?) well, of course I end up re-evaluating everything.
Actions do bear a relationship to the
actor, but we must not confuse or equate them.
