I don't think I hate...even those who I feel should deserve my hatred.
It's a dangerouse state of mind to be in. I however have difficulty expressing anger..I have read that unresolved anger can eventually lead to a numbness of soul. This in itself can be a living death.
I guess it's something to think about.
