I have an eatingd disorded. Well it is a mix of them both. I have recently been eating because I didn't feel good. I didn't have any energy, I knew that I had to change something or I would.......... I still have been eating and keeping down , with your ocassional slip up but I wanted to know something? I just feel so guilty eating, I feel fat because I gain weight, I don't feel pretty anymore. I don't want to go back to not eating. What to do?????
