Just curious what you guys find are the positive signs that your depression is lightening up or lifting.
My major depressive episode last year seemed to lift pretty quickly in the course of 2 or 3 days but I can't remember exactly what it entailed.
I ask because today I woke up only minorly anxious/depressed, then had a fairly level day. Now tonight I feel worse than earlier today, but its a weird kind of soft down feeling. Its almost like my depression wants to go at it hard but doesn't have the energy. The scary part is that i've had some days in the past week that were either mostly very good or mostly very bad, and today I had a day that was mostly okay, and I dont even know how to judge that haha. Any thoughts, opinions, or experiences with that?
