I love nuts and would eat them all the time if I could.
My question is ... already knowing that oiled, salted nuts are not good ... what are safe raw nuts to eat? Some seem so loaded with fat and I am never sure if it is good fat or bad fat?
Cashews - the best
Almond - nice
Brazil - so so
Walnut - so so
Pecan - another so so
Hazelnut - hmmmm
Macadamia - flip out yummie
Regular peanut - cool
I can't think what I have forgotten here ... any advice on nuts?
