My main highlight is this
I woke up early and decided to give set goal of going to beach and reading a book a go so I could put my mind at rest if I could do this or not. Thinking/assuming it was going to go bad or I was not capable of this/ leaving the house.
Started the day by showering and washing my hair - ashamed but sometimes I neglect my physical care.
Then I ate a better breakfast for once well better considering some things I would eat and call a breakfast as I was eating at that time of day. Today’s was good for me.
After this I made sure I had the book in my bag then stepped outside and followed my planed route to the beach. It has been really sunny here more than usual which helped a lot I think.
So sat down on quite part of beach, all pebbles where I live. Then I read for 30 min’s as planned then sat for bit more. After getting a bit cold from sitting on pebbles I walked back home but changed my route to a longer one as I was enjoying the beach too much with just the right breeze and not too many people.
Now of course I am at home and worn out from just that but it helped me a lot and was a step in right direction I needed to do personally. For once I am a bit happier which I have not been in a while.
