I'm sorry things have been shaken up some for you, but I'm so glad you are able to go forward in your therapy and healing process. It sounds like a great tool in therapy. I am not to this point yet as we are still trying to stabilize things here, in my head, in my every day life and in my home, but with your permission I would like to share this with my t for a possibility for our therapy at a later time?
