I totally understand how your feeling,I also can't stand the way my body feels physchally.I try and tell my counsler how it feels and she doesn't understand.I hate looking in the mirror and try not to.I guess I find it helpful by keeping myself busy,the more I move around the better I feel.I can't exercise or walk much so I'm limited to what I can do.I recentally got a puppy,she's the love of my life and just playing with her and cuddeling with her seems to help also.I hope you start feeling better,my thoughts are with you.
