I was wondering how T/s think you heal from abuse (if that is even my problem). I don't feel like I know what is supposed to make me feel better. I feel like im in a swirl of events and sometiems i just talk about current events in session, sometimes i hint towards abuse, but none of it makes me feel better. I feel like I have increased my trust in my T, but still, I have my ED. What will help me heal?????
