My first p-doc. And once I walked into his office with this huge paper bag from the Container Store (home organization store) that read "Contain yourself". A patient clearly ask the p-doc to contain her. And what happens? He under-diagnosed as BP II and undertreated as a result.

My old pdoc, when I would show up with bags from having just been shopping, and I travel by foot, so no where to stash them. He would ask to see what I bought, and then he would talk about my purchases with me. Just lightly asking questions, surely looking to see if I was on a manic spending spree.
