Hi,

I think the best on your list may be raw almonds - it may be one of the ones which also offers the most health benefits. They're also easily found at many stores, shelled and ready to eat. If you have a Trader Joe's where you live, that's an excellent source.

Walnuts are good as is, too.

As others mentioned, some of the others have higher fat ratios (especially macadamia nuts, but peanuts also). But all nuts have positive benefits, including certain vitamins and other heart-healthy ingredients. The trick is to only eat a few (maybe 10-12, or a tiny handful) and once a day, a few days a week, that sort of thing. That's what I've read.

Good luck!

Take care,
ERinBear
