sounds like an apt. complex I lived in before I moved to my recent apartment. You know, the trouble is that some of the parents are poor parents. (Most of them) Accept this. First of all, don't get really upset about it because this is what the area is like and I am just sorry that you and the family didn't notice this before you moved here. I would save up my money and try to move to a better neighborhood. I would not lose my power often to the continually offensive neighbors. (They will keep comming up with other things that will %#@&#! you guys off-at least that is what happened in my old neighborhood.) The best thing to do is not to let them see you have a reaction. They are looking and watching for you to react, (You are some entertainment for them) So just secretly call the officials be it CPS or whatever. When you get tired of all of the soap oprea in the neighborhood, try hard to live happily, your private family life not bending down to the level of your neighbors. Sometime losing the battle is better for you and your family than wearing yourself out fighting with the neighbors, (that basically aren't ever going to change) Just put your lawn chairs and patio stuff inside when you aren't there. Don't waste any of your time on entertaining the neighbors. (At least that was how it was for me) I now have another apartment which is small but in a great neighborhood and I am so appreciative after moving from "hell." Hang in there trooper. Huggs Robin
