Im not a therapist so I can't say according to a therapist point of view but for me one of the first things I ever did with one of my first few therapists was working the book and workbook - The Courage To heal by Laura Davis after that each time I see a new therapist or enter another round of therapy I do those books.After the 5th time through them I decided to write my answers in notebooks that way I dont have to keep rebuying them.
