It's very difficult to carry on a long-distance relationship. And now that he's in college, he's going to be very busy with his studies and activities in college, and meeting new friends. You probably won't be hearing much from him.
Why not do your own thing? Meet new friends, or pal around with your own friends. Go out and do things, and have fun! Don't tie yourself down. You should be enjoying your teen years and not pining away for a guy who's away enjoying HIS life. He might feel differently when he comes home for a visit -- you never know. I don't want to depress you, but just want YOU to have some fun, but to know what to expect too.
