If you have a note from a medical professional stating that the animals are medically necessary, they cannot refuse you...federal law regarding service animals. However, the cats could be an issue...Just be upfront with the parks about the cats so as not to get kicked out in the future. If it's a 55+ park that just means that the owner has to be 55+ anybody can live with them, but they cannot rent it out to somebody under 55.
