I know some apartments will allow animals but require a deposit in case the animal damages their apartment. But I don't know how much damage they could do in a trailer park. If they are hesitant maybe offer them a deposit and let them know that you are responsible owners and the animals won't be running free and you will clean up all their poo when they are outside.
