i walk and play outside alot with my kids.. baseball tag basketball... stuff like that ... my thing is my soda habit... i drink way too many.... i know i do..... i dont eat alot of sweets, but i like way too much to snack on salty things... like chips, sunflower seeds, pickles.... lol
i need to cut back on the soda and drink more water.. i cant gcut out soda all together because of the risk of a caffiene headache that normally turns into a migraine... that sucks huh.....
