BlessedRhiannon, thanks for the scale! I like it, although I don't think it would work for me. I might use it as a guide though because I like the steps you have. I need something with a bit more steps, but I know what you mean about getting lost in the options. That's why I'm putting it to a 10 scale rating instead of the 0-100% rating she wanted me to originally! That was just too overwhelming.
