Yet another twist: went for my last steroid treatment today and the opthamologist had called back after I left yesterday and told the ER that I did not need to be admitted since I'm not having any other flare ups of MS, that the steroids will help the vision and I need to see a neurologist to set up a course of treatment. So the ER called my GP and she got on it and found a neurologist and he's in agreement...no hospital stay until he can evaluate me. So...more time to digest. Went and told my home group tonight and got amazing support and they're all saying I'm an inspiration. That's very strange for me. Going to a second meeting here in a bit to tell them as well. So...I'll still be around, still needing your prayers and support. It's working. Oh and I can tell when I wave my hand in front of my eye, and I'm getting flashes of light, so there's hope for my vision.
On the road to happy destiny and still very much soberly yours,
Rayna
