I've been on countless interviews and applied for countless jobs. Feels like the only way to get work is if you know someone to put in a word for you. I just signed up for summer classes to then get a call for a summer position and second interview but that's NOT what I want; I'm trained in medical and have a friend who keeps name dropping me which I'm thankful for but still miss the days when I could find work on my own. Getting annoyed with it.
