Good work! You can work through this! I would suggest talking about it in depth with your therapist so that you can understand why you do this really well. Wanting to distract yourself with a different behavior refocuses you off of focusing in depth on the problem at hand. Delve into this one in session so that you can make the subconscious conscious. Keep us updated on how you are doing?
