Today I dragged myself out of bed and went to see my pdoc about my depression. He told me that my pain med Ultram interfers with antidepressents and he upped my Abilify from 5mg to 10mg. He also told me to make myself get out and do something fun. So I took my daughter and went to the antique mall and spent money. I feel a little bit less depressed but now I feel guilty about spending money.
