today hasnt been that good of a day, children are on half term so the squabbling and arguing has been getting me down this week has been hard to handle i dont seem to be handling the stress very well, then i have a phone call from work expecting the worst i was given the option of going in and picking up a copy of the letter and discussing what has been decided, well i wasnt sacked but what i have been accused of my response was not sactisfactory so im having it kept on my record for a year and if something else happens i will be given a disaplinneary and possible sacking,
so allthough i still have my job everything at work has changed we have gone over to nursing and there are now three members of staff on at night instead of two but there are new residents that are more work , its going to be tough going back but i need to do it , even if its while i look for work else were
