Have you considered talking to a mental health professional?
If you are presently seeing one, it would be a good idea to mention this, in fact, an important issue to discuss.
If you are referred to a pdoc, there are medications that can help you if need be. There are also anger managment courses for free or minimal fee at most of the local hospitals or outside county/city facilities.
