Well, going into the VIEW tab helped. I have locked those options and toolbars (I have 4 uptop now) and then I had to drag my ISP link to the bottom and also locked that there... we'll see if it shows up when I boot back up.

but it's a different look . right now I can only care that it's all accessible right now. arrangement will come later. sigh. TKS!
