They do call it that. I do it too. I never thought of it relating to mania (or in my case, hypo), but come to think of it, hmmm, yeah, it probably is, or at least I get going on it more. Way more. It doesn't strike me as strange at the time, so aloud I go, eager to share its hilarity. Which... apparently does not receive the anticipated reaction, but I'm too busy going off on it to notice for sure. (I
do notice reaction a bit more when it's aloud seemingly random --but not to me --
thoughts strung together. I figure they're stupid and just can't keep up.

that! Lol. It's just funny. Agree with the others. Write it down. I know someone that writes down all kinds of funny things that people say or come out amusingly mixed up, and it provides much hilarity when read again later. It's too easy to forget them otherwise.
